Some personal information for patients of Sentara Healthcare could be compromised after the theft of a device in the Hampton Roads area.
Sentara officials in Northern Virginia, however, said the theft would not affect patients in this area.

Attempted Murder – On January 2nd, detectives from the Violent Crimes Bureau investigated an attempted murder which was reported to have occurred in the 19000 block of Fuller Heights Rd in Triangle (22172) around 2:00PM.

The strong-armed robbery occurred on Kearsarge Drive in Dumfires, town police Chief Robert Forker confirmed.

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — A window was shot out at R. Dean Kilby Elementary School over the weekend.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — A program that investigates the legal status of arrested illegal immigrants in Prince William County will remain in place at least through June.
The jurisdiction is the only one in the U.S. to keep the 287 (g) program following efforts to cut the program in October, said Prince William Board of Supervisors Chairman Corey A. Stewart (At-Large).
