A 22-year-old man already in jail on sodomy charges, he now faces charges of attempted murder after investigators said he tired to have a 13-year-old girl and her mother killed.

Prince William police are investigating a robbery at a 7-Eleven store in Woodbridge:
Armed Robbery – On December 7th at 1:00AM, officers responded to the 7-Eleven located at 1701 Featherstone Rd in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a robbery. An employee reported to police that two unknown men entered the business, brandished handguns and demanded money. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing the business on foot. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the men who were not located. The investigation continues.
Police said Charles Lee Peele, III killed two German Shepard dogs in Nokesville last month.

A man is charged with domestic assault and battery along with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon after police said he got into a fight with a woman.
The woman also faces chargeds, police said.

The body of a woman found at Carver Cemetery in Stafford County was sent to a medical examiner in Richmond. Authorities are working to determine the cause of death, said Stafford sheriff’s spokesman Bill Kennedy.
Authorities said foul play is not suspected in this case.
A man is charged with malicious wounding after a 23-year-old was stabbed.

One is a public probe ordered Saturday by the Board of County Supervisors to learn if county police are talking to federal immigration and customs officials, or ICE when officers come across anyone has criminal, or civil administrative — also called a deportation order — against them.
