Police arrested two suspect believed to have been involved in the shooting death of a man shot and killed inside his Woodbridge home on November 11.
Murder Investigation *ARRESTS – On November 14th, detectives from the Homicide Unit arrested a suspect, identified as Bernard WINESTOCK, in connection to the murder of Zachary METER which occurred in the 14400 block of Village Dr in Woodbridge on November 11th. This suspect was driving a vehicle allegedly used in the incident. The vehicle was located in Fort Washington, MD and was stopped by Prince George’s County Police leading to his arrest.
Police arrested Lamar Lewis, 35, of Woodbridge, in connection to the November 1 murder of Gilbert Kindard.
Kinard was found dead on the steps of a town home that didn’t belong to him, on Brazil Circle in Dale City.
Police in Prince William County believed they’ve nabbed a serial peeping tom who went after victims around Potomac Mills mall.

*UPDATE: The victim in last night’s shooting on Village Dr has been identified as Zachary Blaise METER, 20, of Woodbridge. More information regarding the investigation will be released when available.
Police said shots were fired into an unoccupied vehicle in a Woodbridge neighborhood.
