Josh Quill announced his candidacy for the Virginia House of Delegates District 21 in Western Prince William County. The new district includes Gainesville and Haymarket and is an ‘open’ seat in a district the Virginia State Supreme Court created last year as part of the state’s decennial redistricting process.
