A woman was rescued from an elevator that stopped working.
Fire and rescue crews were called to a building at 820 Belmont Bay Drive at 9:14 a.m. There they found the woman trapped inside an elevator inside the six-story condominium complex.

No charges will be placed in the shooting, according to Prince William police spokesman Nathan Probus.

Fatal Crash Investigation – On June 1 at 9:08PM, investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit responded to the 14000 block of Fitzwater Dr in Nokesville (20181) to investigate a single vehicle crash.
New traffic delineator posts on Graham Park Road in Dumfries are in place to help control traffic.
The new posts are standing at one of the busiest intersections in the town at Graham Park Road and Route 1, between Dunkin Donuts and Triangle Shopping Plaza. This section of Graham Park Road is used by drivers from Route 1 north and south, and by drivers coming out of the Prince William Estates, Williamstown, and Graham Park Shores neighborhoods need to access Route 1.
The victims in the shooting are adults ages 19 and 21. Authorities originally reported the shooting victims as juveniles.
Authorities said a gun went off inside a home of Banner Springs Circle on Thursday afternoon.
