QUANTICO — Quantico Town Councilman Jerre Thomas II was killed on Thursday while riding his motorcycle on Interstate 95.
Police said Thomas collided with a Honda Civic that was changing lanes near Dumfries.

Threats of Bodily Harm | Threats on School Grounds – On April 10 at 5:26PM, officers responded to a residence located in Woodbridge to investigate a threatening message against a student of Hylton High School located at 14051 Spriggs Rd in Woodbridge (22193). The investigation revealed that the victim received several threatening messages communicated over the social media app “Instagram” from two user accounts that suggested an act of violence against the student while at the school.

But he never expected him to walk through the door of his Woodbridge home office.
BRISTOW — A Ford F-550 pick-up hauling a wood chipper caught fire this morning about 9:15.
Police and fire and rescue crews were called to the scene on Bristow Road near Barbee Road, according to Prince William police spokesman Nathan Probus.
STAFFORD — Fire and high winds kept fire crews in Stafford County busy Thursday.
“We got our asses handed to us yesterday,” said Stafford County Fire Chief Mark Lockhart.
