WOODBRIDGE — (Press release) Prince William County’s newest supervisor, Victor S. Angry, was sworn in this morning to fill the vacant Neabsco District seat on the Prince William Board of County Supervisors.
Angry takes over the seat left vacant at the death of John D. Jenkins, who served on the board for 36 years before his death in February.

Paula M. Swaim 72, of Ruther Glen, Virginia passed away peacefully April 5, 2019. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Gary Swaim, and father Paul Harris and mother Margaret Harris.
She is survived by two children – her loving son Ben Swaim, daughter-in-law Kim Swaim, granddaughter Abigail Swaim and by her daughter Lori Whipkey, her husband, granddaughter Allison Whipkey, and 2 great grandchildren.
