George Mason University President Anne Holton today made an extraordinary decree: None of the university’s students would return for the remainder of the semester due to the Chinese coronavirus.

On Monday, March 16, 2020, Bishop Michael F. Burbidge of the Diocese of Arlington issued a video message to Catholics in the Diocese announcing that public Masses have been suspended until further notice.

Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok says the county’s 911 emergency call services are once again fully operational.
Just before 3 p.m., police said that, due to a technical issue, 911 services were only working for people who made their calls from mobile phones.
