FREDERICKSBURG — A new art exhibit in will showcase images of mental illness and recovery.
Hosted by the Rappahannock Area Community Services Board, the exhibit is called “The Art of Recovery” and showcases art that goes beyond language to offer a glimpse of the journey through mental illness to recovery.
A tornado watch is in effect until 9 p.m. today.

Stafford sheriff’s deputies were called to a WaWa store at 105 Garrisonville Road at 11:04 p.m. Monday, April 22.
