On Monday, November 1 at 8:59 p.m., firefighters were called to the 13000 block of Frost Drive in Nokesville for a single-family home with a fire in the garage.
Crews arrived and found flames shooting from the garage. Crews doused the blaze.

From Prince William police: Homicide Investigation – On November 3 at 1:01AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 15100 block of Santander Dr. in Gainesville (20155) to investigate a stabbing. Upon arriving at the residence, officers observed a man laying on the floor suffering from stab wounds to the upper body and provided immediate first aid until rescue personnel arrived.
It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Joseph Paul Todaro II “shuffled off this mortal coil” on October 18th, 2021, after an epic battle with cancer.
He will be remembered by his loving wife Marion, his twins Michael Todaro and Julie Todaro-Lawser and their long suffering spouses, Erin Schwab and Matthew Lawser, his adoring grandchildren Brian, Sophia, Jack and Christopher, his (always humming) loving sister Jetta, his other sister Julie , and best friends Jimmy Forsythe, Vince Sabia, and Paige Pinkett, as well as a host of nieces and nephews who loved and adored him.

In addition to the races for the trifecta of the state governor, lieutenant governor, and attorney general, residents also voted for their districts’ representatives on the county board of supervisors and the school board.
Potomac Local went to Rocky Run Elementary School in Hartwood and the John Musante Porter Branch of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library in Garrisonville to find out how residents had voted.
