QUANTICO, Va. — Construction crews will close a portion of Interstate 95 on Tuesday night as part of the 95 Express Lanes Project.

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — Investigators said a man used a flashlight to batter a woman inside of her home, then went to another home where he was chased out by a man with a gun.
The bizarre incident took place about 1 a.m. Thursday in the Ferry Farm section of Stafford County.
