Burke & Herbert Bank announced David P. Boyle will join the Bank as its new President & Chief Operating Officer, effective June 3.
Scott McSween, who holds this position currently, will become the Bank’s Chief Executive Officer and serve in this role until the end of 2019, when he will retire from the Bank. Mr. Boyle will be named Chief Executive Officer at the beginning of 2020.

MANASSAS — Mary Ann Bendinelli of Weichert’s Manassas office led her real estate region in sales and resales last month. This region is comprised of offices throughout Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Orange, Prince William and Warren counties.
Mark Ackermann, president of Weichert, Realtors’ Capital Region, announced that Bendinelli was being recognized for exceptional performance in April.
FREDERICKSBURG — Although construction vehicles have yet to appear at the planned Fredericksburg Baseball stadium site, fans and residents have no reason to fear an Opening Day delay according to Fredericksburg’s Director of Economic Development and Tourism Bill Freehling.
“The team continues to make significant progress toward the beginning of construction work,” Freehling wrote in an email to Potomac Local. “They [Fredericksburg Baseball] hope to be underway early this summer.”
