Manassas Realtor receives regional sales award

MANASSAS — Mary Ann Bendinelli of Weichert’s Manassas office led her real estate region in sales and resales last month. This region is comprised of offices throughout Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Orange, Prince William and Warren counties.

Mark Ackermann, president of Weichert, Realtors’ Capital Region, announced that Bendinelli was being recognized for exceptional performance in April.

Bendinelli lives in Gainesville at Heritage Point, a 55+ golf-course community, and has been a licensed real estate professional with Weichert for 32 years.

“The most rewarding part of my job is feeling like I make a difference in peoples’ lives and nurturing the relationships I make during the homebuying and selling process,” said Bendinelli.

When asked what the best house she ever sold was, Bendinelli said, “Describing the best house I ever sold is tough! The most DRAMATIC home I ever sold was one with an indoor swimming pool on Bristow Road in Manassas that boasted more than 13,000 square feet of finished living space.”
