I say it will go up. I don’t see it going down. I think people are going to maintain their offices, and more employees are going to be working remotely.
Prince William County Department of Development Services issued changes to its building requirements for new data centers.
Data center design plans will be required to include all areas of new structures to meet the VUSBC minimum requirements for occupancy. Areas in the building not designated for immediate use shall require design plans for either Storage (S-1) Use Group or Business (B) Use Group, to meet the VUSBC minimum requirements.
SES, a global satellite connectivity and content provider, will consolidate offices in a new facility in Gainesville and establish its U.S. technology and operations hub.

Prince William County Department of Development Services announced a series of enhancements to ePortal, a system business owners use to obtain permits. The changes will begin Monday, April 26.

Main Street America (MSA) recently announced the recipients of the Main Street Resiliency Grant Program. Nine Accredited MSA programs – including Historic Manassas, Inc. – and one Coordinating Program were awarded $8,500 to fund solutions that creatively navigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
