Rebuilding Marumsco: New construction is underway as one of Woodbridge’s oldest shopping destinations --Marumsco Plaza on U.S. 1 -- is being revitalized. BB&T Bank, Pollo Campero, and Walgreens Pharmacy are hoping to build new locations at the shopping center.

WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Three new businesses have their eyes set on Marumsco Plaza in Woodbridge. If they have their way, you’ll be able to stop in or simply drive through.
