Armed mob invades home in Prince William County

During the encounter, the suspects brandished firearms and then assaulted the victim, identified as an 18-year-old man. The suspects took a cell phone, shoes, and money before leaving the residence. The victim reported minor injuries. This incident does not appear to be random. The investigation continues.

Madeline A. Eskew, 94 of Woodbridge VA died peacefully at home surrounded by her family on July 5, 2021. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1926 to the late Joseph and Elizabeth Kleckner. While working at J.C. Penny she met and married the love of her life Doyle. They were happily married for 69 years, until his passing in 2016.

After marriage Madeline kept the home fires burning as Doyle spent most of his Army service overseas. She managed to maintain a loving home with five children. Madeline was an avid sewing enthusiast. She loved to make doll clothes and any new sewing project she could find a pattern for. She loved her children and making other children happy with anything she could sew for them. Due to her love of children, she also enjoyed a home daycare until her later years no longer allowed it to be possible.

He was born on Oct. 25, 1932, to William David Hollis and the former Elsie May Carter. He was baptized on May 24, 1942, and strived to be a witness of Jesus to the world.

Gary Sipes a lifelong resident of Woodbridge, VA went to be with the Lord on June 14^th, 2021. He was born July 3^rd, 1950 in Washington, D.C. to Raymond Jr. and Julia (Houghtaling) Sipes.

Gary is preceded in death by his parents, Bill Sies (Brother), Kathy Satterfield (Sister) and Walter Satterfield (Brother In Law). He is Survived by his brother Edward Sipes (Jo Ann) and Trudi Sipes (Sister In Law). Nephews: Brian Sipes (Sarah) and Jeff Sipes (Abby). Nieces: Jen Randall (Kenny), Cheryl Turpen (Mike) and Heather Varone (Mike). Great Nephews: Christopher Varone, Brandon, Cole and TJ Sipes. Great Nieces: Marissa Varone (Marissa), Kaylee Randall, Cassidy Turpen, Amelia and Ella Sipes.
