Virginia State Police on Thursday morning said the victim in Wednesday night’s fatal crash on Interstate 95 was 20-year-old Breauna Woolen, of Woodbridge.

It appears the driver of an SUV lost control of the vehicle at 7:08 p.m. while traveling north on the highway, near mile post 166. The vehicle was traveling in the far right lane, flipped, and then crossed three lanes of traffic and landed on its top of the Jersey Wall on the left shoulder, said Virginia State Police spokeswoman Corinne Geller.
The passenger was killed instantly, and the driver was flown to a local hospital with injuries that did not appear to be life threatening.
