Stafford County, Va. –– Work on the foundation phase of the Rocky Pen Run Reservoir is behind schedule. But a visit to the project site on Monday showed progress on the earthen dam and reservoir originally slated for completion in May 2013.
Stafford Utilities Department Project Manager Bryon Counsell said construction delays have been encountered on the project.

Those shootings took place in the overnight or early morning hours of Oct, 17, 19, 25, 26, and 29. No one was injured, but an FBI investigation has linked ammunition in each of the shootings to a single weapon.
A man walked into the Christ is Lord Ministry at 14338 Jefferson Davis Highway (U.S. 1) in Woodbridge at 11:45 a.m., brandished a gun and took an undisclosed amount of cash that was collected that morning during church service. None of the parishioners were hurt, and the man fled the scene, said Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok.
When officers arrived at the scene, parishioners were able to identify the man who took the money.
