Buffets Inc. said Wednesday it has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and plans to close 81 restaurants nationwide. It operates under a variety of names, including Old Country Buffet. North Stafford, Va. — The race for a fitter, leaner Potomac Communities kicked off Saturday with North Stafford Rotary Club’s Fitness Challenge 2012.
