A Hispanic female is wanted in relation to a robbery at the Bank of America on 8501 Sudley Road in Manassas this morning.

Attorneys are missing several key pieces of evidence, and that triggered a delay in the arraignment of 22-year-old John Nathaniel Sherwood.
Sherwood is charged in the murder of his 21-year-old wife Erica Renae Sherwood, of Triangle. She was killed during the early morning hours of New Year’s Day and leaves behind two children.
Mike May officially kicked off his run for the Prince William County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office.
May, an attorney at Albo & Oblon, L.L.P. and currently Prince William’s Occoquan District Supervisor, looks to unseat the long-serving Paul Ebert, who’s been in office since the late 1960s.

Justin Wilk, an education consultant, and former Prince William County teacher, is running for the Potomac District seat on the Prince William County School Board.
The incumbent, Betty Covington, has not declared her candidacy to run for re-election, but Wilk feels that there needs to be a change on the School Board.
A homeless man was stabbed outside of Global Food in Foulger Square in Woodbridge last night around 6 p.m., according to a store manager.
Witnesses saw him injured outside of the store and the Prince William Fire & Rescue Department was called in for emergency services.
Good morning – Happy Valentine’s Day or how about Heart to Heart month helping families secure needed food. The wonderful folks at SERVE need your help in their food pantry. Jan says she needs muscles! As they reorganize the food warehouse to better use the space and improve efficiency. Volunteers are needed every Saturday in February (7, 14, 21 and 28), 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Duties include taking items off shelves, moving shelves to new locations and restocking shelves once placed in their new spots. For this project, volunteers should be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Volunteers ages 12 and up are welcome (12-15 year olds must volunteer with a parent). Groups are welcome! · Also beginning March 1, SERVE will have new volunteer opportunities in the Food Distribution Center as a result of expanded hours. Volunteers will be needed on Thursday evenings, 5pm to 7:30pm, and on Saturday mornings, 9:30am to 11:30am, to assemble client food packages, sort donated food, stock shelves, portion large food donations into Ziploc bags and any other tasks as determined by the warehouse staff. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old; volunteers age 12 thru 15 can help, but must volunteer with a parent. Stonewall Jackson High School Girls’ Varsity Basketball Team’s most recent and first loss of the season to the Battlefield Bobcats was unexpected, to say the least.
The Cardinal District team is ranked number one in the Washington Post’s “All Mets” section of high school sports and a team who boasted a 20-0 record prior to the game that took place on Tuesday. The loss briefly demonstrated a flaw in the Lady Raiders’ fortress.
On Thursday, the Stafford Sheriff’s Department responded to a call about shots being fired in a residential area on Forest Lane Road for the second time in the past month. While no one was injured, there is property damage to some of the homes near the incident.
The Sheriff’s Department has been unable to locate the shooter or shooters involved in the incidents, and are asking Stafford residents to help identify them.
