When Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center opened in Woodbridge, community leaders sold it as a destination retail center that would be the model of future developments in Prince William County.

With its mix of restaurants, upscale shops, Wegmans grocery store, and homes, Stonebridge was going to be unlike other shopping centers that had come before it.

Stabbing Investigation – On October 17 at 12:33a.m., officers responded to a hotel located in the 17100 block of Dumfries Rd in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a stabbing. The investigation revealed that the victims, a 21-year-old man and a 24-year-old man both of Midland, and two other male acquaintances were involved in a verbal altercation at the hotel, which escalated.

This means that he has not attended 3 of the School Board’s 4 meetings for the 2017-2018 school year. He’s missed the 9/6, 10/4 & 10/18 meetings. The only meeting he attended was 9/20.

Stafford, VA. A man who lost consciousness after overdosing on heroin was arrested on Sunday by deputies with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office. On October 15, 2017 at approximately 1:04 p.m., Stafford deputies responded to a call in the area of Ivywood Drive and Glenwood Avenue. They discovered an unresponsive man in the driver’s seat of a vehicle with its hazard lights on positioned to the side of the road at the intersection.

Shooting Investigation *ARREST – On October 16, Randy Lamont JACKSON, turned himself into police without incident at the Gar-Field Station in Woodbridge. The accused was wanted for shooting which occurred in the area of Dale Blvd and Kerrydale Rd in Woodbridge on October 14.
