Malicious Wounding by Caustic Substance *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED – On September 26, officers identified the suspect involved in the assault of a PRTC bus driver that occurred in the area of Minnieville Rd and Prince William Pkwy in Woodbridge on September 11. Following the investigation, officers obtained warrants for the arrest of the suspect, identified as Andre Jon RICHARDSON. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.
An assault and battery case and malicious wounding case resulted in one arrest in Manassas. From the Manassas City police report:

WOODBRIDGE — (Press Release) On September 26, the Northern Virginia/DC Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force concluded an investigation into the possession and distribution of child pornography with the execution of a search warrant at a home located at 11557 Hill Meade Ln in Woodbridge.
During the course of the investigation, which began in July of 2018, the accused was involved in the sharing of child pornography via the internet through an undisclosed peer to peer network. Multiple files of child pornography were determined to have been downloaded by the accused from a computer within his Woodbridge residence.
Good Morning Prince William – CASA Children’s Intervention Services is hosting a volunteer information session on Monday October 9th, 6pm at the Chinn Park library. WOODBRIDGE — Prince William police Chief Barry Barnard will continue his string of “conversations with the chief” next month, this time in Woodbridge.
The police department tells us:
BRISTOW — Fire and rescue crews helped a driver flee rushing waters early Friday.
Prince William crews were called to the Bristow Manor Golf Course at 11507 Valley View Drive in Bristow at 4:16 a.m. Friday.
STAFFORD — From the western portion of the county to the Route 1 corridor in the east, there’s roadwork happening across Stafford County this week.
