A man was caught trying to steal several goats last week in Stafford County, according to authorities
Deputies with the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office for attempting to steal goats after a farmer saw a suspicious person on his property, the sheriff’s office says.

Police are investigating a crash that took the life of a Woodbridge man on Thursday.

Crews are putting the finishing touches today on a stormwater pipe replacement near Manassas Park.

Virginia State Police tell us it is investigating a two-vehicle crash near Gainesville in Prince.
The crash occurred on February 19, 2020, at 9:15 a.m. on Route 29 (Lee Highway) at Route 215 (Vint Hill Road) in Fauquier County.
She is currently being held at the Hendricks County Jail in Indiana.
The investigation began in early June 2019 when Bannister informed deputies that her four children were being abused by a family member, according to the Stafford sheriff’s office.
Construction crews will continue to demolish the Route 652 (Truslow Road) overpass, which is located between Interstate 95 Exit 133 (Route 17) and Exit 136 (Centreport Parkway), in Stafford County.
Police press release | On February 7 at 7:54 p.m., officers responded to a residence located in the 4600 block of Telfair Ct. in Dale City to investigate a shots fired call.
Residents reported to police that gunshots were heard in the above area. The investigation revealed that the accused fired several rounds into the ground in front of his home in the presence of a juvenile family member identified a 13-year-old male.
