The mobile device was stolen between June 18 and 19, from a car parked at the home of a county employee.
Officials reported the theft for the first time Thursday morning.
FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. – A five-lane portion of the Capital Beltway will be reduced to four lanes tomorrow.
