“Romeo and Juliet” may be the world’s oldest story ever told. Not because Shakespeare (William Shakespeare from “Shakespeare In Love” – at least that’s how I think of him) wrote it more than four centuries ago, but because when Eve met Adam it was love at first sight, and then a problem arose.

· Good morning – Rainbow Therapeutic Riding Center in Haymarket is having their next volunteer training on November 2. This special organization provides equestrian activities to individuals with physical or intellectual challenges. Volunteers are needed to assist the instructors as side walkers or helping with fundraising events. All volunteers must attend a training program and be at least 14 years old. Get ready to turn your clocks back next weekend and fall back. On Sunday, Nov. 3, daylight saving time comes to and end and we return to standard time.
This means we’ll regain one hour of sleep, or whatever it us you’re doing at 3 a.m. on a Sunday. The move comes after we sprang forward for spring back on Sunday, March 10, when we moved our clocks forward one hour from 2 a.m. to 3 a.m.
