Election Tuesday: Who’s on my Ballot? Where do I Vote?

On Tuesday voters across Virginia will head to the polls to make some pretty important choices.

Up for grabs is one of two U. S. Senate seats. Whoever is elected will represent all of Virginia in the U.S. Senate in Washington.

Potomac Local consulted the Virginia State Board of Elections and found that no matter where you live in Virginia you’ll see the following choices for Senator on your ballot:

U.S. Senate

Mark R. Warner, Democrat (Incumbent)

Ed W. Gillespie, Republican

Robert C. Sarvis, Libertarian

Now we get into the races for the U.S. House of Representatives. Who appears on your ballot for this race will depend on which House District you live in.

Prince William County

If you live in Prince William County, you’ll see may the following choices:

1st District

Robert J. “Rob” Wittman, Republican (Incumbent)

Norman G. “Norm” Mosher, Democrat

Glenda Gail Parker, Independent Green

10th District

Barbra J. Comstock, Republican

John W. Foust, Democrat
