DALE CITY, Va. — Premier Martial Arts and Fitness is excited to introduce itself to Prince William County with its Grand Opening event, Saturday, November 9, 2013. PMAF offers martial arts instruction to children ages three through adult. Unlike other martial arts schools in this area, PMAF offers instruction in the true martial art of the Samurai; Ninjutsu and Jujutsu, with a focus on teaching self-confidence and a common sense approach to self-defense.

PMAF’s Grand Opening event begins at noon. Stop in and meet the PMAF team of instructors, Steve Arntt and Lance Bass. Steve has practiced martial arts for more than 30 years and earned his first black belt in 1993. Lance is also a black belt with 20 plus years experience. Watch demonstrations by Steve and Lance as well as current students and try a free martial arts lesson for yourself at 12:30 p.m.

For those seeking fitness as well as a martial arts experience, PMAF’s Grand Opening includes a free Cage Fitness class at 2:00 p.m. Cage Fitness is a mixed martial arts conditioning program done without a partner and no contact! Participants work at their own intensity level to burn fat and tone their bodies.

PMAF is proud to be a part of this community and looks forward to showing you what makes it great. Don’t forget to join PMAF, Saturday, November 12,  beginning at noon for free martial arts lessons, demonstrations, prizes and surprises.

This is a free community event. For more information please stop by the PMAF studio, located in Cheshire Station Plaza in Dale City, or call 703-625-8578.
