PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — Police in Prince William County today reported the arrests of two men suspected in two separate incidents of indecent liberties with a child.

Indecent Liberties | Possession of Child Pornography – On May 23rd, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau began an investigation into an indecent liberties case which was reported to have occurred in the 11800 block of Nates Pl in Woodbridge (22192) in 2006. The victim, a 22 year old woman of Woodbridge, reported to police that in 2006, when she was 15 years old, she was solicited by the accused, a known acquaintance, for nude photographs via an online website. The photos were then sent to the accused using a cell phone. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested on July 12th.

Charged with indecent liberties and possession of child pornography

Indecent Liberties – On July 6th, detectives from the Special Victims Bureau began an investigation into an indecent liberties case which was reported to have occurred in the 7600 block of Somerset Ln in Manassas (20111). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 15 year old girl of Manassas, was solicited by the accused, a known acquaintance, via an online website. The accused used an identity of someone the victim knew in order to solicit the victim.
Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.

Charged with indecent liberties and the use of a communication device to facilitate certain offenses involving children
