William “Bud” Ceaphus Finley, Sr., 82, of Manassas, Va., passed away October 17, 2017.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Jean Finley, his parents Ora and Vinnie Finley, his brother, Lonnie Finley and step-daughter, Lena Seeber.
He is survived by his children, William Finley of Chantilly, Va., Elana Ryder, and husband Dale, of Manassas, Va., Tony Finley, and wife Katie, of Gainesville, Va., and Christopher Finley, and wife Jessica, of South Riding, Va., and his step-sons, Mark Anderson, and wife Gina, of Rixeyville, Va., and Mathew Seeber of Christiansburg, Va. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jeremy Ryder, and wife Courtney, Daniel Ryder, and wife Hannah, Joshua Ryder, Keelan Finley, McKenzie Finley, Cassidy Finley, Meghan Finley, Sean Finley, Brittany Watson, Eric Anderson and Jared Anderson, and great granddaughters, Mila Ryder, Layla Anderson and Kaylee Baker. Also surviving are two sisters Lois Farmer of Fredericksburg, Va. and Ellen Baldwin of Bealeton, Va.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, from 12 to 4:30 p.m. at the Old Towne Sports Pub in Manassas, Va.
