A 35-year-old man was arrested for indecent exposure in Woodbridge. On December 4, officers responded to a report of a suspicious person in the 4300 block of Elliot Ct. Upon arrival, they found the man behind a townhome exposing himself. He was detained without incident and later arrested.

Indecent Exposure – On December 4 at 10:54AM, officers responded to the 4300 block of Elliot Ct in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a suspicious person. When officers arrived in the area, they encountered the man, later identified as the accused, behind a townhome exposing himself. Officers detained the accused without incident. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Marvin Isamel ESCOBAR MEDRANO, was arrested.
