Meet Panda, a charming and friendly dog currently available for adoption at the Manassas City Animal Shelter. This two-year-old pup was found as a stray, and despite efforts to locate his owner, no one has come forward to claim him.
Panda is a delight to be around, whether enjoying a leisurely walk or simply relaxing with a companion. His gentle nature and easygoing personality make him an excellent addition to any family looking for a loyal and loving pet.
