Strong winds brought down a tree on two vehicles.
Emergency crews went to Joshua Road in North Stafford just before 1 p.m.
A large tree fell across the roadway as the van and car traveled in opposite directions, and both struck the tree.
According to the Stafford sheriff’s office, one occupant suffered minor injuries, while crews took another to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The road reopened.
The region is under a gale warning and a severe thunderstorm warning until 10 p.m.
