Emmanuel (Noel) Montoro, a loving husband, father, brother, and friend peacefully went to be with Our Lord on May 26, 2021.
Noel was a distinguished individual and lived a very accomplished life. Born in the Philippines, he immigrated to the United States, served in the US army, and traveled the world.
He was a devoted family man and loved by all that knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Shonnie Montoro, two kids, Vincent and Hanna, and his sister Marilyn Montoro Banogan
