Wayne Mitchell Stewart, age 80, of Woodbridge, Virginia passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at his residence.
He was born on July 19, 1937 in Alexandria, Virginia the son of the late Rupert M. and Mary (Davis) Stewart. He retired as an insurance claims adjuster. He loved the outdoors.
Survivors include his loving wife, Delores F. Stewart; four children, Sherry Davis and husband Rick of Manassas, VA, Lori Hamilton of Dumfries, VA,
Teri Hall and husband Kevin of San Clemente, CA, Kelly Thomas of Woodbridge, VA; three brothers, George Stewart, Gerald Stewart, Ronald Stewart; five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00PM Friday, August 18, 2017 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA with Rev. Dr. Billy G. Tatum officiating.
