Doris L. Sexton Henderson went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, June 3, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
Doris was born February 1, 1928 in Volney, Virginia to the late Earl and Eva Mae Sexton. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda Sue Henderson Etheridge, sister’s, Nannie Lou Cox, and Billie Ruth Cox.
Doris is survived by her loving husband, Bruce Henderson, of 69 years. Children, Linda Hanks, Warner Robins, Ga, Sharon (John) Loncon, Bowie, Maryland, Lawrence (Rhoda) Henderson, Stafford, VA and Donna (Mike) Pullin, Nokesville, Va. Thirteen grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held in Volney, Virginia at a later date. In lieu of flowers please donate to the Rugby Fire and Rescue Squad, Rugby, Virginia.
