Prince William police detectives have identified the suspect – 31-year old Manassas man Clarence Olowu – whom they believe to be involved in an assault and battery.
The assault of a 73-year old woman took place in the parking lot of a CVS location on Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge on June 17, stated Prince William police.
According to Prince William police, Olowu spoke with the victim and inappropriately touched her and then fled the scene.
Prince William police were able to identify Olowu following an investifation and a tip.
Olowu is currently wanted for two counts of assault and battery.
He is described as a black male, 5’8” and 190 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
