Prince William Plans Homeowner & Condo Association Seminar

The Department of Public Works Neighborhood Services Division will host the 2013 Homeowner and Condominium Association Leadership Seminar on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, from 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. in the Development Services Building, Room 202, 5 County Complex Court in Woodbridge.

Renowned industry experts attorney Jeremy Moss from Mercer Triginani, General Manager Deborah Carter from Westridge Swim and Racquet Club, Inc. and attorneys Sheyna Nicole Burt and Heather Gillespie will lead sessions on “Understanding Board Basics”, “Proactive Approaches to Covenant Enforcement & Collections”, “Navigating Maintenance Responsibilities.” Speakers will also provide the latest legislative update from Virginia’s Common Interest Community Ombudsman.

This seminar helps members and owners to meet the challenges of community management and offers residents living in associations a unique opportunity to network with other associations throughout Prince William County. It also offers effective strategies to help address neighborhood concerns impacting communities.
