MANASSAS, Va. — The Prince William County Fair kicks off today.
Gates are scheduled to open at 5 p.m. for the largest county fair in Virginia, and it’s set to feature one of the most popular attractions at the fair starting at 7 p.m. — a demolition derby.
In addition, the fair offers games and carnival rides, arts and crafts exhibits, a show barn for animals, kids fun zones, and events nightly at the grandstand.
This year’s fair runs through Aug. 17, and opening times vary each day.
Later in the week, featured events at the grandstand include bull riding, a tractor pull, and lawnmower racing.
Admission to the fair costs $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5 to 13-years-old, and children 4-years-old or younger get in free.
