Cub Scouts from Aquia Pack 213 join Virginia Delegate Mark Dudenhefer, Stafford County Supervisor Cord Sterling and representatives from the 95 Express Lanes private partners, Transurban and Fluor, to plant trees off Centreport Parkway in Stafford County.
