Hit & Run | Pedestrian Involved – On November 19th at 5:50PM, police responded to the area of Jefferson Davis Hwy and East Longview Dr in Woodbridge (22191) for a crash involving a pedestrian.
The investigation revealed that the driver of a 1997 Honda Accord was traveling southbound on Jefferson Davis Hwy, approaching the above area, when a pedestrian, riding a skateboard, crossed its path. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene following the collision.
Officers continued to search the area for the vehicle, which was later located unoccupied at the Prince William Plz. The vehicle was not stolen and officers are working on identifying the driver. The pedestrian was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Investigation continues.

WOODBRIDGE, Va. —Â A pedestrian was struck on U.S. 1 in Woodbridge tonight, a police spokesman confirmed.
It’s unclear how the person was hit or the extent of the victim’s injuries. Police said they will release more information when it become available.Â
