Indecent Exposure – On October 5th at 10:26AM, police responded to the 16700 block of River Ridge Blvd in Woodbridge (22191) for a suspicious person.
Caller reported to police that an unknown man, later identified as the accused, was seen sitting near a playground by the Children of America daycare facility and exposing himself.
When the caller approached the man, he began to walk away. Officers arrived in the area and located the accused. Following an investigation, the accused was subsequently arrested.

Abdule MAJID, 66, of 2918 Wren Ct in Woodbridge
Charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display
Court date unavailable, held WITHOUT bond
