DUMFRIES, Va. — A driver was pulled from his car this afternoon after it ran off the road near Dumfries.
The crash happened about 3 p.m. in the area of Va. 234 and Waterway Drive, at the entrance to the Montclair neighborhood.
The driver appeared to have had a seizure and was pulled from the wrecked vehicle, according to initial reports.
