DALE CITY, Va. — A Dale City man faces sexual battery and abduction charges.
Police were called to a house the 4500 block of Kentland Drive on Sunday where a 12-year-old girl said he was sexually assaulted by an acquaintance while inside a house, police documents state.
Through their investigation police charged 26-year-old Jonathan Alexander Carriveau with aggravated sexual battery and with abduction, according to police documents.
He was held without bond and his court date was marked unavailable.
