Prince William police were called to the area of Old Coach Road and Rippon Boulevard in Woodbridge on the afternoon of August 13, to investigate the shooting.
The three victims – a 22-year old man, a 21-year old woman, and a 17-year old girl – told officers they were in a vehicle on Old Coach Road, when they were followed in a vehicle by 18-year old Woodbridge man Ron Elliott, according to Prince William police.
