On Saturday, October 17, hundreds joined together at Pfitzner Stadium in Woodbridge to raise funds and awareness for families struggling to make ends meet. The 5th Annual IWALK for ACTS, hosted by ACTS of Prince William and Image Church, raised $44,000 to support ACTS programs and services.
“We are beyond grateful for the outpouring of support from the community for the 5th Annual IWALK for ACTS,” said Steve Liga, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at ACTS. “Thank you to Image Church for leading the effort. Funds raised will make a direct impact for individuals facing crises in our community.”

Traffic is one the most common complaints from those who live around here. That means officers in the Prince William County Police Department Traffic Unit have job security.
The 21 police officers that make up the traffic enforcement unit are easy to spot on their blue motorcycles.

Volunteers are needed for the Dumfries Annual Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting Ceremony on Dec. 5, 2015.
The parade will start at noon, and the tree lighting will start at 5 p.m.
