Join us in celebrating our successful opening of The Bone in Historic Old Town Manassas.  The ribbon cutting will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday at The Bone, 9420 Battle Street. 

Representatives of the Prince William Chamber of Commerce and Historic Manassas Inc. will be on hand to assist with the ribbon cutting, as well as Manassas Mayor Hal Parrish.

Three bus stops in eastern Prince William County have been moved.

The Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission, operators of OmniRide and OmniLink buses, relocated the following stops in Dale City, Woodbridge, and Triangle:

WOODBRIDGE, Va. – On October 22, police were in the area to investigate a crash. Police determined that one of the drivers had been driving while intoxicated. When officers tried to arrest the driver, the driver pushed then struck an officer in the face with his elbow but the officer was not injured.

STAFFORD, Va. – On October 27, Stafford County sheriff spokesman William Kennedy issued a press release about the additional steps deputies will be taking this Halloween and what residents and their children can do to stay safe this Friday.

Kennedy wrote that there will be more deputies out on duty Halloween evening and at the Sheriff’s Office, located in the Public Safety Center at 1225 Courthouse Road, they will be x-raying candy to detect metal-like objects from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Kennedy also included helpful tips both residents and children can take to have a fun and safe Halloween.
