Delegate Richard L. “Rich” Anderson has served in the General Assembly since 2009. He represents the 51st House District which encompasses most of Prince William County.

He is seeking reelection this year, so Potomac Local sent a candidate survey to Anderson to see why voters should reelect him to go back to Richmond.

The Greater Prince William (GPW) Little Free Libraries project has continued to move forward with the addition of a new partner, and the launch of our online map.

Our newest partner for the initiative is the non-profit group Write by the Rails, which is based in Manassas. The group is a chapter of the Virginia Writer’s Club.

On the morning of June 2, Prince William police responded to a call at a home on Sheffield Hill Way in Woodbridge, for a report about an armed burglary and abduction.

According to Prince William police, the caller – who was identified as Charles Lee – told officers that he went the home of his friend – 40-year old Shaquana Moore – and found her tied up and gagged.

Who wants to be a millionaire?

Nearly 2oo people in Woodbridge auditioned this morning to be on the game show of the same name. They lined up at 7 a.m. outside the old Toby Keith’s I love This Bar and Grill restaurant at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center to participate in the audition.

The MyLink Teen Summer Pass is on sale. The pass allows teenagers unlimited rides on OmniLink buses in Prince William County, Manassas, and Manassas Park between now and Sept. 1, 2015.
