A Stafford County Grand Jury indicted a man accused of shooting and killing another man outside a North Stafford restaurant.
La’Twon Marte Berryman faces murder charges in the Feb. 15, 2015 slaying of Mark Milligan outside Wings to Go at the corner of Garrisonville Road and Travis Lane.

At least three residents in the area of Westminster and Picadilly lanes called 911 to report a large party, and then hearing what sounded like fireworks or gunshots.
“They turned out to be gunshots,” said Stafford sheriff’s spokesman Bill Kennedy.
The 16-year-old victim and suspect were involved in a verbal argument that escalated leading to the victim being assaulted as well as prevented from leaving the home.
The suspect is charged with abduction, domestic assault and battery, and destruction of property, said police.
New toll lanes on Interstates 95 and 395 brought more options to commuters when they opened one year ago.
Single drivers can now pay a toll and ride the lanes, whereas before all vehicles had to have at least three occupants during peak times. Today, the toll lanes are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and all drivers must have an electronic E-ZPass to use them. A vehicle with three or more occupants still rides free.
