On the evening of May 2, Prince William police responded to a call at the BP Service Station on Sudley Road in Manassas for a robbery.
A Prince William police release said that employees told officers that the suspect entered the service station and approached the counter. At the counter, the suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money and cigarettes from the cashier, said Prince William police.
Manassas has seen some improvement in their crime rates over the last year.
The city recently released their 2014 annual crime report and found that with a population of 41,830 residents, that there are areas that have greatly improved – and some that still need improvement.
On the evening of May 1, Prince William police responded to a call about an assault that was reported at an apartment on East Longview Drive in Woodbridge.
According to Prince William police, the victim – an 18-year old Burke woman – told officers that she and the suspect – 20-year old Taylor Aaron Sickmen – were involved in an argument.
On April 30, officers from the Prince William police responded to a call from a residence on Rocky Mount Lane near Dumfries, to investigate a weapons call.
According to a Prince William police release, the two victims – a 31-year old man, and a 27-year woman – who identified themselves as members of the Community Services Board, attempted to contact the suspect, 46-year old Victor Ray Newson.
Early this morning, Prince William police responded to a call to investigate a stabbing on Bayside Avenue in Woodbridge.
According to Prince William police, the victim, a 28-year old Woodbridge man, and the suspect, 32-year old Neli Bersali Pacheco-Zevala, were involved in a verbal altercation.
Today, members of the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force were able to locate and arrest 34-year old Jorge Alberto Corea-Berrios – the suspect wanted in relation to the abduction and sexual assault of a Manassas woman.
The incident took place on April 11, at an apartment on Portwood Turn in Manassas.
Late in the evening on April 16, Prince William police responded to a call on Blazer Loop in Woodbridge to investigate a call for shots fired.
Prince William police stated that an investigation showed that the incident took place at an apartment building on Blazer Loop. Detectives were able to identify and arrest the suspects involved in the incident on April 28.
On April 26, the Prince William police responded to a call from an apartment on Camfield Court in Manassas to investigate an assault.
The victim, a 26-year old woman, told officers that she and the suspect, 25-year old Stephen Kwaku Buadu, were involved in a verbal alteraction, said Prince William police.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that Antoine Gray Johnson, age 26, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland has been charged with 1 Count of 1st Degree Murder and 1 Count of Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony. Johnson is currently in the process of being incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
