Shooting Investigation – On July 23 at 8:52AM, officers responded to the 1400 block of Idaho Street in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shooting. Officers responded to the area and located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower body.
STAFFORD — Two more men are wanted in connection to a shooting in Stafford County last month.
The June 25 shooting at a home on Knollwood Court in the northern portion of the county injured one person. The county sheriff’s office just released the names of the two additional suspects in the case.

WOODBRIDGE — Potomac Local was on the scene when Prince William police arrested an armed robbery suspect.
Officers and K9 units swarmed the J&J International Market on River Ridge Boulevard about 3 p.m. Tuesday and arrested 30-year-old Antuan Jamal Pendergraph.

A suspect was arrested on numerous charges after attempting to elude a Stafford Deputy on Saturday, July 14, 2018 around noon. Deputy B. U. Demirci was on routine patrol in the area of Route 1 and Coal Landing Road when he observed a white Mercedes sedan with no front tag displayed. The deputy positioned himself where he could then observe the rear tag and had dispatch run it through DMV. The tag returned as not being on file. Deputy Demirci activated his emergency equipment to initiate a traffic stop. The driver immediately accelerated the Mercedes and began attempting to elude the deputy.
